The VRHS Choir Booster Club

 

​Dear Vista Ridge High School Choir Supporter,

 

You are cordially invited to join the VRHS Choir Booster Club. We are excited about the upcoming 2014-2015 school year, and a host of plans we have in the works to support our Choir Department and students. You can play an important role in those plans as a member, as well as enjoying fun activities with great people like yourself!

 

The VRHS Choir Booster Club was organized and is operated to:

• Raise funds and purchase personal property and services to be used by students and faculty of the Vista Ridge High School Choir

• Provide volunteers for educational and extracurricular activities

• Engage in other charitable, civic, or educational activities that will contribute to the public education of the community

 

This is accomplished through an all-volunteer organization, run by parents, with a focus on the students.

 

As a member of the VRHS Choir Booster Club, you will be assisting the Choir Department and students by helping improve an already great organization.  All proceeds derived from the Choir Booster Club are used to enhance the music experience of our young singers and improving support from our community.

 

Booster Club accomplishments for the 2013-2014 school year included:

• Purchased vests and ties for the boys choir uniforms

• Paid for girls performance dress alterations

• Provided travel funds for the 65 Chorale members to perform at the 2013-2014 TMEA event

• Purchased new choir practice room music players

• Supported the 2013-2014 concert season

 

Goals for the 2014-2015 school year include:

• Purchase new uniforms for the entire choir student body – approximately 240 singers

• Furnish a new piano for the choir hall

• Support the 2014-2015 concert season

 

There are five levels of VRHS Choir Booster Club Membership (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Donor, and Member).  The application on the back of this page provides details as to what each level entails.
